Innovation Hour
At Kuja Kuja we have to remind ourselves, as well as the communities with whom we speak, that we are not service providers. We are the bridge that connects community feedback to service providers. You may ask yourself, "So after receiving that feedback from the community, what next?" As an organization we also help our clients to analyze and interpret this data to improve their services. One of the ways we share the data is through weekly chats called Innovation Hours. We ask for an hour of our clients’ time in a week to discuss this data and ask questions like, "How might we?" or "What does this mean?" While sharing snacks we brainstorm how to best improve the services based on what the community is asking for. These sessions are always interesting and fun; not only do we brainstorm, but we also celebrate achievements from our clients. Together, we recognize the team heroes who have listened and acted based on the community’s voices. When our clients bring together their expertise in delivering services with the insights from community feedback, magic happens, and joy is sparked in the communities as everyone gets to see the changes!
